Update Title: Schedule Adjustment: Production Status and New Shipping Dates 🎨🗓️
Hello everyone!
Today we are getting in touch with you to share a very important update regarding the progress of our campaign. As you know, at Scale75 we always stand for total transparency with our community. Because of this, it is our turn to share some news that we deeply regret, but prefer to communicate with absolute honesty.
The incredible success of this campaign (with over 1,600 backers!) far exceeded our initial expectations. However, managing such a massive production volume comes with its own unique challenges, and to be quite frank, everything has hit us all at once. Combining this enormous amount of material with the unavoidable summer shutdown for the August holidays has left our external suppliers completely overwhelmed. On top of that, as you know, our team and resources are limited, and at this stage of the process, we depend entirely on the supply chain's timeline.
To make matters more challenging, throughout the entire month of July, we will be moving to a new, better, and larger facility. While this change is excellent news in the long run and will allow us to improve our service, in the short term, it is going to complicate our logistics significantly and take away hands on deck over the coming weeks. Between supplier timelines, the big move, and the summer holidays, the situation has simply stretched our logistical forecasts to the limit.
Because of this, our suppliers have informed us that we will not receive the finished paint collection at our new facilities until mid-to-late September.
How does this affect shipping? Due to this general rescheduling, we will not be able to start processing deliveries until late September. Once we have all the material in our new warehouse, we estimate that the packing and shipping process will take approximately one month.
We want to extend our most sincere apologies for this setback. We know how hard it is to wait when you are eager to get these paints on your workbench, and we kindly ask for your patience and empathy. These kinds of situations and minor delays are, unfortunately, very common in Kickstarter projects that reach such a high volume. However, you can rest completely assured: all materials will be manufactured and delivered, we are simply running a few weeks behind schedule. We have no doubt that the final quality and our new warehouse setup will be well worth the wait.
Two important reminders before we go:
📍 Shipping Addresses Remain Open: Since the delivery dates have been rescheduled, we have NOT locked shipping addresses on BackerKit yet. If you plan on moving or need to change your shipping details for any reason, you still have time to update them directly in your profile.
📩 70 Backers Pending: There are still about 70 backers who have not filled out their BackerKit surveys. Please check your email (and spam folder). If you are one of them, we ask that you complete it as soon as possible, as we won't be able to prepare your package without this data when the time comes.

Hoy nos ponemos en contacto con vosotros para compartir una actualización muy importante sobre el progreso de la campaña. Como sabéis, en Scale75 siempre apostamos por la total transparencia con nuestra comunidad, y en esta ocasión nos toca daros una noticia que lamentamos profundamente, pero que preferimos comunicaros con total honestidad.
El increíble éxito de la campaña (¡con más de 1600 mecenas!) superó todas nuestras expectativas iniciales. Sin embargo, gestionar un volumen de producción tan enorme tiene sus propios retos y, para ser sinceros, se nos ha juntado todo en el mismo momento. Al combinar esta grandísima cantidad de material con el parón logístico inevitable por las vacaciones de agosto, las previsiones de nuestros proveedores externos se han visto desbordadas. Además, como sabéis, nuestros medios y recursos son los que son.
Por si fuera poco, durante todo el mes de julio vamos a estar mudándonos a una nueva nave, mucho mejor y más amplia. Aunque a largo plazo este cambio es una excelente noticia que nos permitirá mejorar nuestro servicio, a corto plazo nos va a complicar muchísimo la logística y nos va a restar manos durante las próximas semanas. Entre los tiempos de los proveedores, la mudanza y las vacaciones, la situación ha desbordado nuestras previsiones logísticas.
Por todo esto, los proveedores nos han comunicado que no recibiremos la colección de pinturas terminada en nuestras nuevas instalaciones hasta mediados o finales de septiembre.
¿Cómo afecta esto a los envíos? Debido a este reajuste general, no podremos comenzar a procesar las entregas hasta finales de septiembre. Una vez que tengamos todo el material en los almacenes de nuestra nueva nave, calculamos que el proceso de preparación y salida de los paquetes durará aproximadamente un mes.
Queremos pediros nuestras más sinceras disculpas por este contratiempo. Sabemos lo difícil que es la espera cuando hay tantas ganas de tener las pinturas en la mesa, y por eso os pedimos un poquito de paciencia y empatía. Este tipo de situaciones y pequeños retrasos son, por desgracia, muy habituales en proyectos de Kickstarter que alcanzan un volumen tan alto, pero podéis estar plenamente tranquilos: todo el material se va a fabricar y entregar de forma garantizada, simplemente nos vamos a retrasar unas semanas respecto a lo previsto. No os quepa duda de que la calidad final y la nueva organización van a valer muchísimo la pena.
Dos avisos importantes antes de despedirnos:
📍 Direcciones de envío abiertas: Dado que se han reprogramado las fechas de entrega, todavía NO hemos cerrado las direcciones en BackerKit. Si tenéis pensado mudaros o necesitáis cambiar vuestros datos de envío por cualquier motivo, aún estáis a tiempo de modificarlos directamente en vuestro perfil.
📩 70 mecenas pendientes: Todavía quedan unos 70 mecenas que no han respondido a sus encuestas de BackerKit. Por favor, revisad vuestro correo (y la carpeta de spam). Si estáis entre ellos, os pedimos que la rellenéis cuanto antes, ya que sin esos datos no podremos preparar vuestro paquete cuando llegue el momento.
